How do I import my buyer list?

Navigate to the Companies page and click the "Import" button. Upload a CSV or Excel file with your buyer data. BuyerList will auto-map your columns and validate each row before importing.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Every table in BuyerList has an "Export CSV" button. You can choose which columns to include and exclude before downloading. Deal pipeline data can also be exported.

How does billing work?

BuyerList uses per-organization pricing — not per-seat. Your whole team gets access under one plan. We offer Broker, Boutique, Middle Market, and Bulge Bracket tiers billed monthly or yearly.

Can multiple people use the same account?

Yes. Each organization can invite team members. The number of members depends on your plan tier. All members share the same buyer database and deal workspaces.

Is my data secure?

Yes. BuyerList uses Clerk for authentication, Neon PostgreSQL with row-level security, and encrypted connections. All mutations are audit-logged with user identity. We never share your data with third parties.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your data remains accessible during a grace period after cancellation. You can reactivate your plan at any time to regain full access. We never delete your data without notice.
